Store washed potatoes in the fridge, they will keep for a few weeks. Store brushed potatoes in a dark well ventilated area of around 4 degrees. Storing below 4 degrees will cause a potato to convert it's starch into sugar. In the best conditions, potatoes can be stored up to 1 year.

The white button mushroom is a good source of B vitamins and essential minerals, they have almost as much protein as veal.
